ERW 2012

Employee Rewards Watch 2012
17th April

Be the first to discover what participants in the 2012 survey had to say regarding the latest trends in benefits design and management, their priorities, concerns and challenges for the future.

About Employee Rewards Watch

Employee Rewards Watch
(ERW), was first launched in 2004 with around 430 organisations taking part. Today, it's the UK's most authoritative benchmark of employee reward and benefits trends and industry practice.

The very first survey revealed that only 10% of those organisations that took part had a flexible benefits scheme in place whereas, in 2010, that figure was 30% (and a further 18% were considering it). What's more, less than 1% perceived that dealing with pension legislation was their biggest challenge. In 2010, 31% saw the introduction of NEST's legislation alone as their most pressing pension imperative. Nine years ago, a staggering 75% were not planning to change their pension structure or provider; however, almost everyone had this issue on their 'reward radar' in last year's ERW. What a difference almost a decade makes!

Who is the event designed for?

Reward, pensions, benefits, HR and senior management professionals looking to stay ahead of the trends in reward and benefits.

What will we cover?

• What’s hot in reward strategy.
• How the smartest operators are managing their employee benefits offering.
• What’s next for salary sacrifice.
• How the impending legislative changes are affecting pensions management.
• How smart investments in reward communication make the difference to  scheme effectiveness.

Complimentary 'ask-the-expert' consultations

Complimentary consultations will be available on the day  with specialists who will provide valuable advice on how to cut costs as well as how to drive more value from your spend and how best to position your reward programmes.

''When we first started to conduct this survey, we really wanted to make sure that our finger was on the pulse of benefit change. Almost ten years later, those intentions have never been more relevant as we approach compulsory group pension schemes for all, no set retirement age and the dismantling of public sector pensions. In 2012, HR professionals and other Board Room Executives will need access to the most relevant, up to date information on a diverse range of benefit and reward topics and trend changes to help them manage their talent pools even more effectively and appropriately".
